I agree that I am a member or guest of All In, and I know that running in and volunteering for organized group runs, social events, and races with this club are potentially hazardous activities, which could cause injury or death. I will not participate in any club organized events, group training runs or social events, unless I am medically able and properly trained, and by my signature, I certify that I am medically able to perform all activities associated with the club and am in good health, and I am properly trained.I agree to abide by all rules established by the club, including the right of any official to deny or suspend my participation for any reason whatsoever. I attest that I have read the rules of the club agree to abide by them. I assume all risks associated with being a member of this club and participating in club activities which may include: falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, traffic and the conditions of the road, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.I understand that bicycles, skateboards, baby joggers, roller skates or inline skates are not allowed to be used in club organized activities and I agree to abide by this rule.Having read this waiver and knowing these facts and inconsideration of your accepting my membership, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release All In, any club sponsors or partners, their representatives and successors from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation with the club, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of the persons named in this waiver.I grant permission to all of the foregoing to use my photographs, motion pictures, recordings or any other record for any legitimate promotional purposes for the club.
Our main communication channel is our chat in the app called "Telegram". We like to keep this separate to Whatsapp. Here you can stay up do date with all runs, events & more.
We also post all information regarding runs in our Strava community. Stay up to date with what is going on.
Sunday is our social run. It's the best way to set you up for the week.We run 5km from 9:00am. The locations around Exeter and Devon. Make sure you keep up to date in the socials for these updates.We all run at around 6:00minute per km for the first 3km. There is then a designated paces to take anyone who wants to go a little faster for the remaining 2km.Our frequent locations are :Topsham Quay meeting point is overlooking the estuary. To the right of the antiques centreExeter Quay meeting point is outside Rockfish in the monument in the centre of the square
Track nights are held at 18:15 on Mondays at Exeter Arena athletics track. £4.95 is payable to the venue for use of the track.An interval session will be planned and delivered by Alex Sparkes. This normally involves a group warm up & cool down. With the main intervals being at your own pace relative to the workout.This is not about being the fastest, it’s about putting in a good amount of effort.
Fruity is our longer weekday run. Yes, it happens on a Wednesday. The location of this run is subject to the day. So to join this run you will need to be in the Telegram chat for updates. This is normally around 10km and can be longer if it's during race season. Paces are slightly faster than our social runs ranging from 4:30/km-5:30km.
